Sapim Laser Double-Butted Spokes

$1.55$1.85

Not all spokes are created equal. Sapim’s spokes have perfectly formed heads for extra strength and short butted ends for even lighter weight and superior aerodynamics.

Sapim Laser spokes are double-butted: 2.0-1.5-2.0 mm. The thinner mid-section stretches more, so it won’t detension when going over bumps. That means your wheels will remain true longer. If spokes break, it happens at the ends, where these are thick and strong.

Pro Tip: Sapim’s aluminum nipples are strong enough even for use on rear wheels, but we also offer brass nipples. With their ultra-thin mid-section, Sapim Laser spokes are intended for experienced wheelbuilders: Make sure that you correct for spoke windup when building your wheel.

Price per spoke includes aluminum or brass nipple.
