Keeping top-quality products simple, lightweight and affordable has always been our goal. Rene Herse X-Light butyl tubes are made in Japan to our specifications. They weigh just 78 g, and are sized for a perfect fit with road tires between 23 and 32 mm.
Fixed valve cores keep weight and cost down, plus there’s no need to worry about a slightly loose core leaking air. (Realistically, most of us don’t remove the valve cores on our butyl tubes.)
