We design our products to be easy to set up, and we provide comprehensive instructions to guide you. But sometimes, you have a question about a product you’ve bought or a concern that it’s not working the way you expected. We’re here to help.

Before you contact us, please check out our Tech Info pages. Most likely, you’ll find the answer to your questions there, without having to wait for an answer.
If you believe the product is faulty, please fill out our warranty form.

Please use only one way to contact us, and submit the form only once. You will get a confirmation notice that we’ve received it. Submitting the same question multiple times or via multiple channels complicates our research into your request and will slow down the response.
