We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from Rene Herse Cycles. If you bought the wrong item, you can return it according to these guidelines:
- Only products that were purchased from Rene Herse Cycles can be returned. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
- Custom bikes and frames cannot be returned or cancelled. All orders on bikes and frames are final.
- Products that meet the criteria above can be returned, if they are in re-sale condition with unopened packaging, within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
- There is a 5% restock fee to cover the credit card/Paypal fees, which are not refunded by the credit card companies/Paypal..
- All returns MUST have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please fill out the form below to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- We are not set up to do exchanges, so please file a return and place a new order for the correct product.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs and are encouraged to insure your package (unless we mis-shipped your order. In that case, we will send you a pre-paid return label.)
- We will issue a refund of purchase price and applicable tax, minus the restock fee, after we receive and inspect the item you return. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, installed, or used, and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in new, re-sellable condition. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may deduct a 20% re-stocking fee for items that are not in new, re-sellable condition.
- If you believe the product is faulty, please fill out our warranty form.
- If you dispute the transaction with your credit card company or Paypal (chargeback), we cannot process your return until that complaint is resolved. To ensure a timely credit to your account, please use the return form below instead.
- Refusing packages will cause a delay in processing your return. Returns without Return Authorization Numbers may not be refunded, or will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Please allow 5-7 days for a response.

Please submit the form only once. You will get a confirmation notice that we’ve received it. Submitting the same question multiple times complicates our research into your request and will slow down the response.
