We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from Rene Herse Cycles. If you bought the wrong item, you can return it according to these guidelines:
- Only products that were purchased from Rene Herse Cycles can be returned. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
- We are not set up to do exchanges, so please file a return and place a new order for the correct product.
- Products can be returned, if they are in re-sale condition with unopened packaging, within thirty (30 days) of the original purchase.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs and are encouraged to insure your package.
- We will issue a refund of purchase price and applicable tax. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, installed, or used, and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in resellable condition.
- If product is faulty, please fill out the warranty form.
- All returns MUST have a valid Return Authorization Number. Please fill out the form below to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Please allow 3-7 days for a response.

Please submit the form only once. You will get a confirmation notice that we’ve received it. Warranty inquiries can take up to a week. Submitting the same question multiple times complicates our research into your request and will slow down the response to your request.
