Where is my order?

We apologize that due to Covid-19, orders sometimes take longer to reach you.

Our priority is to keep our employees and community safe. We work hard to ship your orders as quickly as we can. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Brakes and cranks are custom-assembled, so they can take a little longer. Once your order is received and scanned by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), you will receive an email with tracking information. Please make sure you enter your e-mail address correctly when you order.

A number of customers have reported that the tracking information doesn’t show up on the ‘My Account’ page on our web site until the parcel is delivered. It appears that the postal service is struggling to keep up right now, and not all parcels are scanned properly when they enter the system. Fortunately, we’ve had zero parcels lost, so this is a glitch that is inconvenient, but usually it’s not a real problem.

Click here to view the status of your order. (This works only if you logged into your account during checkout. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to the confirmation email for tracking information.)

For international orders, use this link to track your shipment. Check your tracking frequently to find out if your parcel needs to be picked up at your custom’s office. (You are the importer, and once the parcel leaves the U.S., we can’t do anything about it.) The custom’s office doesn’t always notify the recipient, but if you don’t pick up your parcel, it will be returned to Seattle.

If you’ve waited for more than 3 weeks for your order (U.S. address; International shipping takes up to 12 weeks), please contact us, and we will investigate.

If you ordered a book and selected ‘Media Mail’ shipping, this can take a very long time right now – up to four weeks. Check your tracking to see the parcel move through the U.S. Postal Service system. We are sorry, there is nothing we can do to speed this up.
