Join the Good Night 2025 Campout
Together with our friends at bikepacking.com, we invite everybody to slip away for a quiet night under the stars sometime between the winter solstice and the new year (December 19–31). That’s the idea of the Good Night 2025 Campout: As the year winds down, riders everywhere will pedal out for a low-key campout, solo or with friends—to greet the new year with tired legs and a clear head.

This self-supported challenge is intentionally easy to join: Pick a night during the final days of the year, ride from your door (or somewhere nearby), and sleep outside. Good Night 2025 is about celebrating small adventures, touching base with nature, and saying goodbye to the year, whatever it held.

Plan ahead—or head out spontaneously when weather and mood come together. That’s probably what we’ll do… since the end of the year in the Pacific Northwest requires flexibility to make little adventures like these happen. Whatever your plan, we’ve found that once we’re out there, pedaling away from our hectic daily routines toward the setting sun, we’re glad that we’re out there.

As a bonus, bikepacking.com is giving away six great prize packs: Rogue Panda bags, Tumbleweed racks, and two sets of Rene Herse tires of your choice. Entering is as simple as posting your photos on Instagram or in bikepacking.com’s comments. Head to bikepacking.com for the full info and (very simple) rules. Most of all, have fun out there!
