Thank you for helping Ukraine

Thank you to all our readers and customers who chipped in and made our fundraiser for Ukraine a success. A few readers missed the deadline, but we were able to include their donations as well. We came close to our goal of donating $ 10,000 – so close that we decided to make up the difference. Thank you to all our readers’ generosity.

The situation in Ukraine is evolving quickly, and the need is more urgent than it was even two days ago when we started this fundraiser. It appears that donations to the Ukrainian Red Cross aren’t possible any longer – the donations website now reroutes to the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva. So we made our donation there instead, as well as to CARE’s Ukraine Crisis Fund, as planned – with a donation of $ 5,000 to each organization. For Ukrainians, I know that just as important as the money is the feeling that the world is thinking of them. Thank you for that!
